When I bought my contact lenses, the ophthalmologist keep on reminding me about proper hand-washing and proper lens care.As we all know that hand-washing is the best preventive measure to keep us away from any diseases. It works the same when handling contact lenses. Don’t risk our health from keratitis and even worse ,it may cause blindness from unhygienic practice.
